Email logo cannot be uploaded on the Administration Interface
Applies to:
All Cryptshare Server on Linux systems
Symptom:
After uploading an email logo an error occurs that says "the email template application logo could not be installed"
Cause:
There's a situation preventing the Cryptshare admin to upload an email logo if the file size is larger than 10kB.
Solution:
There are two different approaches to mitigate the issue:
- The logo needs to be shrunk to the maximum size of 10kB
- The logo file has to be renamed to application_logo.png' and manually uploaded to /opt/cryptshare-3'/resources/ui/img/ via WinSCP or similar tools.
