Changing the application title for the browser

Applies to:

All versions of Cryptshare Server

Purpose:

The title shown in the browser tab when opening the Cryptshare User Interface can be changed. This needs to be done within the language packages installed on the server.

Solution:

1. download the latest German and English server language packages

2. unpack the content of the language package

3. open the file BasePage.properties in the sub directory application with a text editor

It is recommended to open these files using a proper text editor:
* PSPad
* notepad++

4. seach for the Keyword application.title and change the text after the equal-sign

Please remember License restrictions
We recommend to set the Company Name accompanied with the String Cryptshare

5. save changes and re-build the Zip package

Only packages having the correct folder structure will be accepted
Make sure that the created folder structure in the Zip is the same as shown in the screenshot.
Otherwise, the package cannot be installed via the Cryptshare Administration Interface.

6. open the Cryptshare Administration Interface

7. click on Customization
