Error "Access denied" when trying to transfer data
Applies to:

All versions of Cryptshare for Notes
Symptom:
The error message "Access denied" appears when trying to perform a transfer
Solution:
Check if the following points set up correctly:
- The transfer directory does not exist or the access rights (read/write) to that directory have not been set correctly.
- The user that the agent has been signed with does not have the required rights.
- The Cryptshare*.jar file is not existent in the directory <domino server>\jvm\lib\ext.
- You are using Domino 8.5 without having the latest Fixpack installed. In version 8.5.x the Fixpack is required due to a bug in the Domino VM in version 8.5.
